Prime: Apply primer to wall in sections. Achieve even coverage. Depending on color of paint, primer can be tinted. Several paints already have a paint and primer in one option. Sand bumps and ridges for a smooth even surface.

Washable Paint Options: Roller and brush marks, marks and spots, left behind by kids and pets, can be easily cleaned.
