Exterior Painting

Exterior Paint: Knowledge of paints that stand up to extreme weather conditions. We choose paints that offer protection against moisture caused by rain and snow, ultraviolet radiation caused by sunlight, and fungal growth.

Exterior Prep: Power wash and clean sidings and surfaces to be painted. Remove contaminants. Sand and refresh. Prime surface.

Exterior Repairs: Prior to painting repairs will be done to the sidings or surface. Repairs include rotting wood, missing siding or trim, repairing damaged siding, and removing cracked or chipped paint.

Long Lasting Quality Paints: Paint should include soft resins so it doesn’t crack on contraction or expansion.

Sheen: Flat paint won’t bubble when it rains allowing water to escape. However, we can discuss your sheen preference.
